Helios Global Group is expanding its HR Team as we build toward 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone to kickstart or continue their HR career in a growing and successful company. The role offers genuine variety – supporting recruitment, training coordination and HR projects across our UK healthcare communications business. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring seamless employee experiences and supporting our ethos of ‘aim for excellence’ and ‘be a great place to work’.

Qualifications and Skills
- Degree in human resources, business management, or related discipline, and/or up to 3 years’ experience in a HR or office administration role
- Strong organisational, time management, and attention to detail skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise important projects
- Proficiency with HR, ATS and LMS platforms, and Microsoft Office 365 programs (especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team •
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
This is a full-time role based at our Alderley Park (preference) or central Manchester offices. We will also consider talented HR graduates for the role.
