What you'll be doing:

Lead the development and implementation of a strategic L&D framework

Partner with leaders across the UK to identify capability gaps and future skills needs

Oversee talent development, leadership programmes, and succession planning activity

Ensure learning activity aligns with organisational priorities and culture
