- Annual Salary: £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus car allowance and bonus

Job Description:
- Act as a key member of the regional/local management teams.
- Influence and implement HR objectives that align with the business and regional strategies.
- Achieve HR KPIs related to engagement, attrition, and absence within your region.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with legislative, HR, and company standards, updating policies and procedures as necessary.
- Handle all day-to-day HR/ER matters including TUPE transfers, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Conduct monthly HR clinics and ensure effective communication processes are in place across all locations.
- Lead recruitment efforts to meet current and future organisational needs.
- Develop training initiatives, succession plans, and address underperformance.
- Coach senior and middle managers to build future organisational success.
- Maintain a positive organisational culture to enhance engagement and reduce attrition.
- Participate in business, HR, and staff well-being projects.
- Regularly visit locations to provide support and undertake all other reasonable duties as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a HR generalist or HRBP role.
- Must hold a valid UK Driving License and have access to a vehicle.
- CIPD level 5 or 7 is desirable.
- Essential recruitment experience.
- Demonstrable leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, commercial acumen, and experience in business partnering.
