This is a true generalist role with a strong focus on employee relations, partnering with managers and senior leaders to shape a culture of engagement, growth, and success.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to HR expert for managers, providing pragmatic advice on all employee relations matters.
- Drive improvements in recruitment and onboarding to attract top talent.
- Champion learning and development initiatives, supporting succession planning and talent growth.
- Lead health and wellbeing strategies that make our workplace a great place to work.
- Manage one direct report and oversee key HR processes, from performance management to exit interviews.
- Partner on exciting HR projects and change management initiatives.

- Proven HR generalist experience with strong employee relations expertise.
- A confident coach who builds capability and inspires managers.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Skilled in recruitment, data analysis, and HR systems.
- A positive, proactive mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
