This HR Business Partner position will be a true HR Business Partner role in a very hands on HR environment. Within this HR Business Partner position you must be flexible, adaptable and willing to deal with the day-to-day HR activities and responsibilities. As the HR Business Partner, you will partner with your client group focusing on areas such as succession planning, supporting transformation initiatives, as well as managing ER issues including complex ER situations should they arise
My client, is an established not for profit organisation looking for a solid HR Business Partner to join the business and assist the Head of HR in promoting the HR agenda. As this HR Business Partner, you will be expected to hold the HR gravitas required to build and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders in the business. Within this HR Business Partner position, you must also hold clear and solid experience of operating as a strategic HR Business Partner, ideally with strong exposure to managing ER situations.

North London – hybrid working, with 3 days in the office.
