We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development Adviser to join a dynamic HR team in London. In this role, you’ll design and deliver impactful programmes that support career development and technical skills across a global professional services environment.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and deliver business skills and career development programmes.
- Design and manage on-demand learning sessions and bespoke events.
- Collaborate with HR and Early Careers teams on career pathways and trainee development.
- Support coaching, mentoring, and manage learning systems.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a professional services firm.
- Proven track record in delivering training programmes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Knowledge of SRA regulations is a plus.
