Talent Included are delighted to be supporting a Havant based organisation in their search for a HR Advisor to join their busy HR team, reporting to the HR Manager.
HR Advisor Responsibilities:
- Work closely with managers and senior leaders to deliver the people agenda across designated business areas.
- Support the resolution of the ER cases
- Support and coach line managers throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies and procedures.
- Partner with managers on workforce planning to attract, retain, and develop talent
- Coach and mentor managers to strengthen people management capability and drive performance, engagement, and accountability.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures remain legally compliant
- Ensure HR records and systems are accurate, up to date, and compliant with audit and reporting requirements.
- Monitor HR data and use management information to provide insights, support decision-making, and identify trends.
- Maximise use of HR and payroll systems to drive efficiencies and improve reporting quality.
HR Generalist Skills:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Understanding of UK employment legislation.
- Excellent stakeholder and data management skills
- Highly developed communication skills
- Willingness to travel to other sites when required
