Due to continued growth and changes they are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner on a 6 month FTC reporting into the CPO.
Paying up to £80k with Hybrid working (2 days per week in the office)
What You'll Do
- Work with the Senior EMEA HR Leader, Global department HR Leaders, and regional HR leaders to oversee the performance management and career development process & support managers in providing continuous performance feedback.
- Provide advice counsel, assistance, and resolution services to employees at all levels, driven by company policies and relevant employment legislation and become a trusted advisor.
- Work with your department heads to distribute the results of the engagement surveys and develop new or improvement plans.
- Manage the annual reward process and support leaders on communication of the information.
- Work with Global HR Centres of Excellence on matters around global mobility matters and associated work.
- Proactively identify opportunities for continued development and improvement of the HR function in your business lines
The successful Candidate will have
- Strong communication skills with a presence to command conversations at all levels and proven ability to effectively coach employees through complex and difficult issues.
- Have a strong and recent background within FS, Law or Professional Services
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and busy environment.
- A true commercial hands-on approach.
- Ability to solve problems and make recommendations to deal with issues and effective interpersonal skills to support colleagues at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
- Ability to travel to the office on a hybrid model.
- Minimum of a CIPD or bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Strong HR generalist experience in a HR Manager or Business Partner role.
- Excellent employment law knowledge and exposure to complex employee relation issues.
