We are currently recruiting on behalf of leading global law firm to assist them in their search for a new HR Coordinator.
This is a new role in their London office, to work as part of their highly collaborative team, whereby the successful applicant will be responsible for day-to-day administrative support for the wider London HR team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Arranging and running the onboarding processes and adding new joiners to Workday.
- Sending joining instructions, arranging inductions, and updating Managers on the onboarding processes.
- Coordinating with IT to ensure new joiner IT equipment is sent to home addresses efficiently.
- Preparing correspondence, salary reviews, and probation completion.
- Performing administrative tasks such as, holiday queries, sickness absence, staff gifts, and maintenance of electronic files.
- Maintaining accurate data on the Workday HR system, liaising with the New York team to ensure full functionality of the system.
- Assisting with appraisal processes and documentation, and annual salary and bonus reviews.
- Engaging with entries and changes within the payroll process.
- Arranging staff training as required.

Suitable candidates will have gained prior HR experience, ideally within a law firm, although professional services environments will also be considered. We are seeking applicants with exemplary attention to detail, proactivity, and organisation skills. Proficiency with Workday is highly desirable.
