Our client a leading FMCG business based in South Lincolnshire are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner on a fulltime permanent basis. The role at this level is new to the business due to company growth. Reporting into the HR Director you will be responsible for working with Hiring managers across the business from warehouse roles through to senior appointments, working as part of the HR function you will play a key part in sourcing, induction of all new starters through to the complete onboarding process.
Job Role of Talent Acquisition Partner:-
- Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
- Determine selection criteria
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
- Assess candidate information using our Applicant Tracking System and also help implement.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Lead employer branding initiatives
- Organise and attend job fairs and recruitment events
- Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
- Foster long-term relationships with recruitment agencies and past applicants and potential candidates

To be considered for this role you will have worked as a Talent acquisition partner or within the recruitment industry. You will be happy to recruit at all levels within a business.
The role is Monday to Friday salary upto £45,000. This is an onsite role and a start date of January 2026.
