HR Advisor
Salary: £40,000–£43,000 (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time, permanent

Kenneth Brian Associates are collaborating with a dynamic and growing organisation based in South West London, committed to creating a supportive and inclusive workplace. Our client is looking for a proactive and knowledgeable HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in shaping our people strategy.
The Role
As an HR Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for managers and employees on HR matters. You’ll provide expert guidance across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with employment law and best practice. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the opportunity to influence policy, support employee relations, and contribute to strategic HR projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and support on employee relations, performance management, and absence cases
- Guide managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment law
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Assist with HR projects including engagement, wellbeing, and diversity initiatives
- Maintain accurate HR records and contribute to continuous improvement of HR systems
About You
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in an HR advisory role, ideally within a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels
