Description
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and employees.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Manage employee relations, addressing queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Coach, guide and upskill managers
- Use HR data to identify trends
- Maintain accurate HR records and update the HR system as required.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to support organisational goals.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment law.
- Experience in providing HR advice and managing employee relations.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining accurate records.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive approach to supporting HR projects and initiatives.
