Location: Lochore, FifeSalary: £25,000 - £25,500 per annumHours: Full-time, 08:30 - 17:00, Mon - Fri (flexibility may be discussed)
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established business in the food production and retail sector. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to join a growing team and play a key role in attracting and selecting high-quality candidates for a variety of roles.
You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle from screening and first-stage interviews to ensuring compliance standards are met. The role involves working from the office, attending open days, and visiting retail locations to engage potential candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates for operational and retail roles
- Conduct first-stage interviews and assess suitability
- Ensure compliance with recruitment and onboarding standards
- Progress candidates through internal systems and liaise with department managers
- Attend recruitment events and open days
- Travel across multiple locations to support recruitment activity
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in recruitment (internal or agency)
- Strong understanding of compliance and candidate screening
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritise quality over quantity
- Willingness to travel across the Central Belt and beyond
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Must have access to a personal vehicle
