We are seeking an experienced
Private Recruiter to support an UHNW household from their Marylebone family office. This is a
full-time, Monday–Friday, office-based role, requiring occasional flexibility for evening or weekend interviews depending on candidate availability.
Key Responsibilities - End-to-end recruitment of a wide range of household staff including tutors, nannies, chefs, private PAs, estate/household management roles, and wider support staff.
- Proactive sourcing, interviewing, vetting, reference checking, and onboarding of candidates.
- Managing staff rotas, payroll coordination, documentation, and compliance.
- Diary management and administrative support for the private office/estate team.
- Maintaining organised recruitment pipelines and utilising technology and systems efficiently (COS experience beneficial).
- Working collaboratively within a small, dynamic team to ensure smooth household operations.
Requirements - Proven private-household recruitment experience (essential).
- Strong administrative, organisational, and diary-management skills.
- Tech-savvy with excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Language skills in Swiss-German, French, or Spanish are a strong advantage.
- A polished, discreet, and highly professional approach with the ability to manage sensitive information.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional out-of-hours interviews.
