The role covers core HR responsibilities, strategic people plans, performance management, change initiatives, career development, succession planning, and championing culture and values. Based in Peterborough 3 days/week, with flexibility for additional days.

Description
- Partner with senior business leaders to develop and deliver effective people strategies in line with business objectives
- Lead and manage workforce planning, organisational design and change management initiatives in line with the direction of the business' growth
- Guide and support managers across performance management, ER and employee engagement to support a high performance culture
- Assist and collaborate with managers on internal talent reviews, succession planning and career development
- Analyse HR metrics and provide HR insights to drive decision-making and improve organisational performance
- Facilitate learning and development programmes to enhance employee skills
- Contribute to the design and implementation of people systems and processes that will enhance employee experience
- Drive diversity and inclusion efforts across the organisation
- Promote the business' values and growth ambitions through being the cultural ambassador
Profile
The successful HR Business Partner should have:
- A proven background in a similar HR role, working with Corporate/Head Office functions.
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen, aligning people strategy with commercial objectives
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities
- Experience in developing strategic L&D plans to develop future capability
- Analytical mindset with ability to transform data into actions
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices
- Agility and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
