We’re looking for a People Partner to join my clients small but mighty People & Comms team. You’ll support client groups of around 150 colleagues and lead on exciting HR projects that shape their culture and future. This is a role for someone who loves variety, influence, and innovation.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with Leaders: Shape people plans, influence decisions, and build trusted relationships.
- Coach & Develop: Help managers grow their leadership skills and deliver business goals.
- Drive HR Excellence: Guide on restructures, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Lead L&D Initiatives: Deliver training and develop new ways to help their people thrive.
- Champion Talent: Attract, select, and onboard top talent aligned with their values.
- Manage Change: Take a strategic, empathetic approach to organisational change and TUPE.
- Boost Engagement: Support wellbeing, inclusion, and employee satisfaction initiatives.
- Promote ED&I: Help shape and deliver their diversity and inclusion plans.
- Reward & Recognition: Advise on pay, benefits, and recognition strategies.
- Communicate Effectively: Partner with Internal Comms to keep everyone informed and inspired.
- Innovate: Suggest new HR strategies and lead ad hoc projects that make a difference.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven HR partnering experience with the ability to drive change and align HR with business goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills – you build relationships at every level.
- Proactive, resourceful, and driven to deliver.
- Skilled coach with experience in feedback and leadership development.
- Confident in managing TUPE, redundancy, and ER issues.
- HR project management experience.
- A true team player who lives our values.

- Experience in publishing, media, digital, or creative industries
- Training design and delivery experience
