- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for sales positions within the financial services sector.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilise various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and timely information.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability and provide recommendations.

Profile
A successful Sales Recruitment specialist should have:
- Either you will have 12 months recruitment experience, or a graduate looking to progress your career with an award winning company in Manchester
- Knowledge of sourcing and selection techniques, including social media recruitment.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and results-driven approach to recruitment.
Job Offer
