- Extensive experience in Compensation management
- Proven track record of leading and managing a team
- Strong understanding of the People Directorate and its deliverables
- Ability to work with limited guidance and make autonomous decisions
- High degree of commercial awareness and ability to keep abreast of industry trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with compensation survey submissions and annual bench-marking
- Knowledge of equal pay review processes

Job Offer
- Competitive daily rate of £450-£500/day umbrella or £331.54 - £368.38 PAYE.
