People & Culture Coordinator
We’re working with a fast-growing, high-performance staffing group to find a People & Culture Coordinator to support their people experience across EMEA. This is a hands-on, impactful role for someone passionate about culture, employee engagement, and operational excellence.
The Role:
You’ll play a central part in shaping how employees experience the company, from recruitment and onboarding, through development and engagement, to offboarding. You’ll also help define and deliver the heartbeat of the company culture, ensuring employees feel connected, supported, and proud to belong.
What You’ll Do:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage and refine internal recruitment processes across EMEA
- Partner with hiring managers to shape role requirements and interview processes
- Deliver a high-impact onboarding experience that sets new hires up for success
People Development
- Support employee development through structured initiatives and meaningful conversations
- Champion wellbeing, engagement, and a collaborative working culture
Community & Operations
- Act as a cultural ambassador, ensuring company values are reflected in everyday operations
- Organise events, internal communications, celebrations, and recognition moments
- Support connection and collaboration across multiple office
HR Operations
- Oversee HR processes, documentation, systems, and compliance across all stages of the employee lifecycle
- Drive continuous improvement in operations and the support provided to employees
Who You’ll Excel With:
- Some operations or HR experience, ideally with internal recruitment exposure
- Passion for culture, engagement, and employee wellbeing
- Enjoy organizing events and creating connection across teams
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-moving, scale-up environment
- Interested in learning commercial and client-centric skills
