Global HR operations manager, 12 month FTC
Location: central London
Salary: 50k
Hybrid model: 3 days in the office
Highly successful global consultancy, based in the heart of the city are now looking for a talented Global HR operations manager - who is passionate about HR processes, HR operations and HR systems.
Typical duties include:
HR operations
- Manage and lead all HR operations processes
- Lead the implementation of a HR database
- Harmonise HR processes - UK and global.
- Ensure all HR processes/ops are compliant and legal globally
- Keep all HR policies up-to-date globally
- Manage and maintain HR information systems
- Drive automation of HR processes
- Provide support across all strategic goals - with guidance on best practice
Payroll
- Provide day-to-day support with payroll
- Lead ‘payroll’ implementation projects
- Global payroll support
Projects
- Lead improvement projects across HR policies/processes
- HR analytics
- HR systems
Skills/attributes desired:
- Highly process driven and a deep understanding of HR processes/operations across a global platform.
- Experience of implementing and managing HR systems.
- Understanding and knowledge of streamlining and automating HR processes. Knowledge of global legal HR/employee law/legislation
- Technical capabilities - including managing HR data and HR systems
- Process driven, analytical, a strong project manager
