Provide administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, including scheduling interviews, coordinating assessments, and managing candidate communications.

Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and systems.

Liaise with hiring managers, partners, and external recruitment agencies to support smooth processes.

Assist with onboarding activities and compliance checks.

Support wider HR and Recruitment projects as required.
About You -
Previous administrative experience is essential-ideally within a recruitment, HR, or professional services environment.

Understanding of recruitment processes, protocols, and best practices.

Prior exposure to or knowledge of law firm structures, culture, and expectations is highly desirable.
