Are you an organised and detail-oriented HR Admin professional looking for flexibility?
We’re recruiting for a fantastic HR Administrator role on behalf of a highly respected organisation based in Oxfordshire.
This is a great opportunity to join a values led, supportive team where your contribution will make a real impact. You will be involved in a broad range of HR tasks, including general administration, maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment processes and assisting with HR projects.

What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in an HR support or admin role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office
- A positive, proactive mindset and ability to maintain confidentiality
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it) would be advantageous, but not essential
