Looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a fast-paced, people-focused business operating across 120+ sites in the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a family-owned organisation where decisions are made quickly, and your voice matters.
What you'll be doing:
- Partnering with operational leaders across multiple sites to deliver a proactive, solutions-focused HR service.
- Driving key HR initiatives including culture & values projects, recognition & engagement, and talent planning.
- Managing ER cases, performance management, and supporting managers with employment law compliance.
- Leading on reward and recognition strategies to enhance employee experience.
- Supporting organisational change and ensuring people are in the right roles to drive business success.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years' experience in a generalist HR role within retail, hospitality, or multi-site environments.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and upcoming legislative changes.
- Proven experience in ER case management and performance improvement.
- CIPD Level 5 (desirable, not essential).
- A proactive, approachable HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What's on offer:
- Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 (flexible for the right person)
