HR Advisor Role Description
The client is seeking a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist based in Feltham. In this role, the specialist will be responsible for the smooth delivery of day-to-day HR operations and will play a key part in supporting the organisation’s workforce and overall people strategy.
The Human Resources Specialist will develop, review, and implement HR policies and procedures that align with both organisational objectives and legal requirements. They will manage employee benefits, maintain accurate personnel records, and support all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes coordinating recruitment activities, assisting hiring managers with selection processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new starters.
In addition, the specialist will contribute to a positive and productive work environment by serving as a trusted point of contact for staff, addressing HR-related enquiries, and promoting best practices in employee engagement and wellbeing. They will monitor compliance with employment legislation and internal policies, advising management when updates or improvements are required. The role also involves supporting performance management processes, participating in HR projects, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the HR function.
HR Advisor Qualifications
- Proven proficiency in Human Resources operations and HR management practices
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits administration
- Experience in personnel management, employee relations, and fostering staff engagement
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Sound understanding of employment law and regulatory compliance (CIPD knowledge or certification advantageous)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline preferred
