What You’ll Do
As their HR Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of their people strategy. Your role will include:
- Lead Talent Acquisition Excellence: Ensure recruitment support is timely, compliant, and delivers an outstanding candidate experience.
- Drive Learning & Development: Oversee impactful L&D programmes aligned with business goals and employee needs.
- Own Performance Management: Manage the operational delivery of annual performance cycles.
- Optimise Workday: Align systems with HR processes, ensuring smooth functionality and a positive user experience.
- Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with Centres of Excellence and HR Business Partners to deliver aligned, high-quality services.
- Analyse & Improve: Use data insights to measure effectiveness and continuously enhance HR operations.
- Lead & Inspire: Manage and coach the HR operations team to deliver exceptional service.
- Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with trends and best practices in HR, learning, and performance.
