• Deliver and support HR training sessions and learning initiatives
• Produce HR reports and analyse data to support decision making

• Proven HR Advisor experience within a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice
• Confident delivering HR training and producing reports/analytics
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
