Senior Reward ManagerColchester - hybrid£70kWe are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Reward Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of reward frameworks in a complex, multi-site organisation. This role is key to creating competitive, equitable, and transparent pay and benefits structures that drive organisational performance and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of pay bandings, grading structures, and benefit frameworks.
- Ensure reward structures are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing data-driven insights to influence decision-making.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and operational teams to support organisational change.
- Use analytics, benchmarking, and market insight to inform reward strategies and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure governance, accuracy, and efficiency of reward processes, including pay reviews, job evaluation, and benefits management.
