Our client is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and enthusiastic Volunteer Coordinator to join their dynamic team within a local charity.
Annual salary £26,442
Working hours Mon-Fri 37.5 hours per week - must be flexible to work occasional weekends.
In this key role, you will recruit, train, and support volunteers who help us deliver our social enterprise mission. Working closely with all departments and our companions, you’ll ensure volunteers are well-matched, supported, and empowered to contribute effectively.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you’ll play an important part in creating a safe, nurturing, and empowering environment that reflects the Emmaus ethos and supports positive outcomes for every companion.
