This temporary position supports multiple sites and needs someone confident, proactive and great with stakeholders.What you’ll do• Deliver the people plan and support change activity• Coach managers and build leadership capability• Lead day-to-day people initiatives that drive performance• Support performance, reward, talent and succession processes• Drive colleague engagement and positive culture• Analyse people metrics and spot trends• Support projects and change activity• Advise on ER cases, including complex matters and settlements• Ensure compliance with employment law and GDPRWhat you’ll bring• Experience as a People Advisor / HR Advisor• Strong knowledge of UK employment law• Multi-site or fast-paced environment experience (retail ideal)• CIPD Level 5 or working towards (or equivalent)• Full UK driving licence• Confident, resilient, able to challenge respectfully• Strong coaching, influencing and relationship-building skillsIdeal for someone immediately available and ready to hit the ground running.
