Elevation HR are excited to be partnering with an international manufacturing and retail business in the Wakefield area, as they look to appoint an InterimHR/ER Advisor on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Reporting into the Head of People, the HR Advisor will be responsible for managing high volumes of employee relations cases as well as supporting with the delivery of the people plan covering organisational design, driving change, building a strong talent pipeline and enhancing colleague engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities as a HR/ ER Advisor include:
- Manage complex and sensitive employee relations cases with sound commercial judgement
- Provide expert employment law advice, ensure compliance, and deliver clear people metrics and reporting
- Coach managers and stakeholders on best practice, ensuring company policies and procedures are consistently understood and followed
- Support the HR functions people performance processes and succession planning
- Support and coach the teams on best practice case management, early conciliation, employment tribunals, policy and employment legislation, ensuring the Employee Relations case tracker is kept up to date
