In this pivotal role, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment function while leading and inspiring a small team to deliver exceptional results. You’ll play a key part in shaping the company’s talent strategy, ensuring an outstanding candidate and stakeholder experience across every touchpoint.
What you’ll do:- Support and lead on a number of projects
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Design and implement talent acquisition and employer branding strategies that attract and retain world-class talent.
- Deliver impactful employer brand campaigns to enhance market presence and engagement.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to develop hiring solutions aligned with global business objectives and policies.
What we’re looking for:- Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven background in retail or fashion recruitment, ideally with exposure to creative and design functions.
- Demonstrated project leadership experience and a genuine passion for innovation in recruitment.
- Solid experience within a head office recruitment environment, ideally within fashion retail or a related sector.
- A collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused approach to working with your team, hiring managers, and people partners.
- A genuine passion for identifying top talent and delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
