My client is looking to recruit a HR Coordinator initially on 3 month temporary contract until the end of March 2026.
They offer a hybrid working policy. You will work 3 days per week in their office based in the city with the remainder of the week working from home.
To be considered for the role you will have previous HR administration experience working within higher education. You will be confident in taking notes for formal ER cases as this is a key part of the role.
Paying £19.37 per hour PAYE
Role
- Proactively manage HR administration and take ownership of allocated workload.
- Deliver recruitment drives for lower-grade roles, including drafting job descriptions, advertising, and coordinating interviews.
- Assist with Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) administration and maintain accurate application logs.
- Coordinate and maintain organizational charts, databases, and staffing data.
- Administer and deliver induction programs for new starters.
- Support HR processes such as sickness absence recording, contracts, new starters, and payroll administration.
- Ensure completion of HR processes specific to higher education, including data input for HESA returns.
