- Rate: £411pd inside IR35 (Umbrella rate) incl. of holiday pay
- Location: Central London - hybrid 2-3 days in office
- Duration: 12 months contract
- MANDATORY: Professionals services experience.
We are seeking an Executive Recruiter with a strong background in professional services and headhunting. This role involves sourcing and recruiting top-tier consulting alumni and managing the entire recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of hands-on end-to-end recruiting experience and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Market mapping of top-tier consulting alumni, candidate identification, and prioritisation.
- Cold calling potential candidates and developing a long-term candidate pipeline through relationship building.
- Maintenance of up-to-date candidate profiles on LinkedIn, documenting last and next contact.
- Screening new candidates through CV review and interviews to assess quality and fit.
- Ensuring high-quality candidate care, managing candidate expectations, and providing timely and accurate feedback throughout the recruitment process.
- Leveraging relationships with Directors/Principal Directors to engage and sell to candidates.
- Building trust with interviewers to tailor the selection process, interviewer questions, and sell messages to particular candidates.
- Taking personal ownership of candidates throughout the selection and offer process, including closing candidates, extending offers, negotiations, and reference checks.
- Collaborating with the Global Recruitment team to support recruitment needs in other regions as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of hands-on end-to-end recruiting experience in professional services is mandatory.
- Proven headhunting capabilities and deep credibility in the recruitment field.
- Strong interpersonal skills including customer focus, collaboration, and effective oral and written communication.
- Ability to cope with pressures and setbacks in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn for candidate projects and familiar with KPI monitoring and process improvement.
- Experience in decision-making, taking initiative, and driving results with excellent planning, organizing, and time management skills.
