We are recruiting for Deputy Manager HR for one of the International Bank based in Harrow. This is a Permanent position. Immediate position to start.

The management and administration of all personnel functions in the Bank including: but not limited to: recruitment and selection; terminations/dismissals; employee relation; remuneration and welfare; employment law; HR related compliance; employment legal documents; training and development; senior management mentoring; succession planning; morale and motivation; culture and attitudinal development; and performance appraisal management.

To handle and manage ER issues of the Bank including: but not limited to: Grievances, PIP, Capability, Disciplinary process, Redundancy, ACAS/Tribunal, Flexible Working, etc.

To manage the risks of the Bank in the areas of Personnel. To identify areas of risk and ensure that appropriate procedures/controls are in place to eliminate/reduce those risks.

Preparing Training & Learning Plan as part of the Learning & Development goal of the Bank.

Will perform the role of Super Admin for Bank's HRIS.

The preparation of payroll input and checking, reconciliation of the payroll and passing the relevant entries. Reviewing HMRC Demand/Payment Orders and liaise with payroll vendor regarding the same.

FCA Regulatory Reporting.

Taking part in preparation of the annual budget and manpower planning process for the Bank, monitor and ensure no exceeds throughout the year.

Advising and supporting staff and managers on personnel issues and problems, particularly those requiring HR & legal knowledge of general personnel policy and practices.

Running the Performance Management System such as Goal Setting, Appraisal, Variable Pay, etc.

To run annual exercise for SMCR/FNP annually for SMF & CP and for eligible new employees. * The administration of employment contractual documents.

To prepare various timely reports and updates to the HMRC, Head Office, Banks Board, External bodies and auditors.

Review of Employee Handbook / Policies.

Responding to DSARs related to HR.

Overseeing the administration & implementation of Employee Benefits such as PMI, Life Assurance, EAP, R&R, etc.

To guide, supervise, appraise and develop the HR function.

To ensure best practice is observed for all personnel systems and procedures.

To advise Senior Management when changes in Personnel procedures are necessary or advisable.

Any other Adhoc project / work assigned by the Line Manager from time to time
