HR Manager - 12-Month FTC
- Location: Aston, Birmingham (Hybrid: 3 days office / 2 days home)
- Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 + 5% completion bonus
- Start Date: Late January / Early February

About the Role
- Lead HR operations, acting as the escalation point for complex employee relations issues, requiring strong experience and confident decision-making.
- Deliver key HR projects including policy review and updates, intranet refresh and chatbot implementation, career mapping, absence management improvements, and sales development programmes.
- Prepare board reports and attend meetings to ensure strategic alignment and communication.
- Oversee recruitment metrics and compliance, managing HR data accuracy and reporting.
- Provide weekly updates to the Finance Director and maintain regular communication with the senior leadership team to ensure operational success.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR management.
- At least 5 years' experience in senior employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Proven project management skills.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving abilities.
- Organised, calm under pressure, and proactive approach to challenges.
