As the business continues to grow, they’re looking to strengthen their HR & Group Services function with the appointment of an experienced HR & Office Manager to support the next stage of development.
The RoleThis is a key position for a confident, experienced HR professional who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You will act as the primary HR lead within the business, providing guidance to managers and employees while developing HR processes, culture, and engagement. In addition, you will oversee the HR & Admin team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across HR, office management, and wider group services.
Key Responsibilities - Lead and develop the HR & Admin team to deliver an efficient and professional service
- Provide practical HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
- Support the shaping and embedding of company culture and values
- Oversee key HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance and best practice across HR systems, documentation, and procedures
- Manage day-to-day office administration and coordination across sites
Skills & Experience - Strong generalist HR experience (CIPD Level 5+ desirable)
- Confident advising on employee relations and HR matters
- Able to build trusted relationships at all levels of the business
- Calm, approachable, and professional with sound judgement
- Comfortable working autonomously or within a small team
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
