HR & OD Resourcing Coordinator

About the role
We are seeking a Resourcing Coordinator for a 6 months FTC contract for an NHS Organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a streamlined, customer-focused recruitment service that supports our organisation’s mission
Duties & Responsibilities - Provide end-to-end recruitment administration, ensuring compliance with NHS Employers standards and AFC terms- Manage job adverts on NHS Jobs and other platforms, liaising with hiring managers to ensure accuracy and timeliness- Coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintaining excellent candidate experience- Maintain accurate records on ESR and recruitment trackers, supporting audit and KPI reporting- Offer advice and support to managers on recruitment and retention best practices- Manage all HR recruitment admin
Skills & Experience- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Experience with HR admin tasks such as; offer letters, contracts, document checks, verification, induction information- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; (experience with NHS Jobs and ESR is a bonus)- Worked in a high volume recruitment environment (Legal & Insurances Specialist highly desirable)
