HR Administrator – Laindon - Basidon Area

Salary: £26,500 • Hours: 37.5 per week Contract: Fixed-Term Contract – up to 12 months
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-focused HR Associate to join a busy HR Service Centre on a fixed-term contract of up to one year. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and providing high-quality support to a wider HR team.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing return-to-work counselling forms including inputting, filing, and chasing
- SharePoint administration and regular audits
- Invoice checking and report saving
- Administration of internal processes for hourly and salaried employees
- Checking settlement agreement invoices
- Preparing absence reports and presentation slides
- Providing cover for colleagues including inputting EADs and sickness certificates
- Maintaining sickness absence trackers
- Long Service Award administration
- General HR administrative support as required
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer
