HR Advisor (People & Development Assistant)

Looking for a people-focused role where you can help shape a positive, supportive work environment? This part-time HR Advisor opportunity offers variety, autonomy and the chance to make a real difference across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing

Acting as the first point of contact for day-to-day HR queries

Supporting recruitment from advert to onboarding

Coordinating induction and learning & development activity

Maintaining accurate people data, reporting and KPIs

Administering HR/Payroll and Time & Attendance systems

Supporting contract changes, compliance checks and payroll liaison
-
Providing high-quality admin support across the People Team
