- Provide comprehensive HR support across the organisation, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Advise and support managers on employee relations, including performance management and disciplinary matters.
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
- Deliver training and development initiatives to support employee growth and engagement.
- Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and initiatives that align with business goals.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proven experience in an HR advisory or similar role
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
- A proactive and solution-focused approach to challenges.
