Description
- Leading on complex ER casework end-to-end
- Supporting a wide range of organisational change, including consultations, TUPE and structural re-organisations
- Managing union and collective consultation activity
- Delivering policy updates, process improvements and HR project work
- Preparing high-quality presentations and materials for the Head of HR
- Collaborating with resourcing and shared services
- Engaging with both office-based and site-based teams (occasional site visits)
Profile
- Strong HRBP experience in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Confidence managing complex ER and change activity
- Proven experience working with unions / collective consultation
- Resilient, proactive and comfortable with ambiguity
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
- Oracle HR systems experience is beneficial
Job Offer
- Up to £55,000 pensionable salary plus many more benefits
