The Role
As a Recruitment Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing roles end-to-end while delivering a first-class recruitment experience. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys relationship-building as much as results.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop existing client accounts, acting as a trusted recruitment partner

Take detailed briefs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates

Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding

Identify opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional services

Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance

Consistently meet and exceed agreed KPIs and service levels
About You

Proven experience in recruitment or account management

Strong relationship management and communication skills

Commercially minded with a proactive, solution-focused approach

Organised, resilient, and comfortable juggling multiple roles and clients
