As the Rewards and Benefits Administrator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely administration of all employee reward and benefits programs, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Working 37.5 hours a week, you will be maintaining employee records, processing benefit changes, liaising with providers, and responding to employee queries. The role supports payroll accuracy, compliance with company policies and legislation, and contributes to delivering a positive employee experience through efficient service.
This is a hybrid role based 2/3 days in our office in Luton.
As the Rewards and Benefits Administrator, you will:
Benefits Administration:
- Manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including but not limited to, healthcare plans, pensions, life assurance and our employee benefits platform.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding benefits and reward programs.
- Liaise with external providers to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits.
- Support with the preparation and submission of the weekly and monthly pension data files, to our pension provider, ensuring accurate and timely payments of contributions.
- Support with the launch of new benefits initiatives, ensuring a full understanding of the offering, to enable efficient employee support.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records in our HR system, plus employee benefits platform and ensure compliance with GDPR.
- Maintain accurate benefits trackers, to ensure correct payroll deductions and full payment of employee funded benefits.
- Prepare regular reports and analysis on benefits uptake, costs and trends.
Communication:
- Monitor our Rewards & Benefits email box, ensuring timely responses are given, to drive employee experience and engagement.
- Record queries (topic, resolution, time to resolve etc) for auditability and trend analysis.
- Support with the planning of a benefits communications calendar.
- Contribute towards internal communications, for example benefits platform blogs, ‘In The Know’ articles.
Reward Support:
- Assist in the administration of annual salary reviews, bonus schemes, and recognition programs.
- Support the implementation of new reward initiatives and communicate changes effectively to employees.
Compliance & Governance:
- Ensure all benefits and reward processes comply with company policies and relevant legislation.
- Support audits and provide documentation as required.
