We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a high-performing in-house recruitment team delivering large-scale hiring across Professional Services.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping a modern, data-driven recruitment function, moving beyond traditional advertising approaches to proactive talent attraction and efficient hiring at scale.
You will lead a team of recruiters managing a high-volume portfolio of roles and delivering approximately 800 - 1,000 hires per year, using data and insight to improve recruitment performance and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and manage a team of recruiters delivering end-to-end recruitment
Oversee a large portfolio of high-volume vacancies and ensure timely hiring
Monitor recruitment performance against KPIs and service standards
Drive improvements in time-to-hire, candidate quality and hiring manager satisfaction
Analyse recruitment data to improve efficiency, candidate quality and offer acceptance
Provide expert advice to hiring managers and senior stakeholders
Support delivery of the organisation’s recruitment strategy
Manage complex or senior recruitment campaigns when required About You
Proven experience leading a high-volume in-house recruitment team
Experience managing recruitment delivery against KPIs and service levels
Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage large recruitment volumes while maintaining quality
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment data Desirable
REC qualification or equivalent professional certification
