We’re hiring for a HR Manager to join a purpose-led, growing organisation based in Warwickshire.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of the day-to-day people operations, ensuring smooth processes, strong compliance and a consistently positive employee experience across the business.

What will you be doing as a HR Manager?

Overseeing the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, promotions, documentation)

Maintaining accurate HR data, systems, and records (HRIS)

Supporting payroll inputs, benefits administration and reporting
-
Ensuring compliance with employment law, policies, and governance

Acting as a key point of contact for employee queries and support

Driving process improvements and operational efficiency across HR

Supporting internal initiatives focused on engagement, culture, and employee experience

Managing documentation, SOPs, and internal guidelines
-
Contributing to wider people projects and system improvements
What will you need?

Previous experience in a HR or similar role

Strong understanding of HR processes and employment legislation
-
Experience using HR systems
-
Confident handling confidential information
