The Role:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Chapeltown. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for flexible working hours while contributing to a fast-paced and supportive business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Assist with payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support HR functions including employee records, onboarding documentation, and compliance
- Maintain and update internal systems and databases
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone enquiries professionally
- Support reporting and document preparation as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 - 4 years’ experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience with payroll and HR processes is highly desirable
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
Working Hours:
Part-time (hours to be agreed, offering flexibility)
