This is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives in an operational environment and enjoys working closely with management teams to drive best practice across employee relations. This role will play a key part in supporting site leadership with all aspects of HR and Employee Relations, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a proactive approach to people management.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a wide range of employee relations cases including disciplinaries and grievances
- Advising and supporting managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice
- Leading investigations and supporting formal meetings and hearings
- Providing guidance on performance management and absence issues
- Supporting day-to-day HR operations within a busy logistics environment
- Ensuring compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Building strong working relationships with stakeholders across the site
- ER Casework, Investigations, Disciplinary, Dispute Resolution, Absence management
Suitable Candidate:- Proven experience in an HR Advisor role, ideally within logistics, warehousing, or distribution (preferably CIPD Level 5)
- Strong background in handling ER casework (disciplinaries, grievances, investigations
- Confident advising managers and influencing decision-making
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- A proactive and professional approach with strong communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle Essential (occasional travel required)
