The role
You’ll take ownership of day-to-day HR across the group, ensuring everything runs smoothly while continuously improving processes in a practical, commercially sensible way.
You’ll be involved in:

Managing the full employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit

Acting as a trusted advisor to managers on all HR matters

Leading on employee relations cases (performance, absence, conduct, grievance)

Reviewing and improving HR policies, procedures and compliance

Supporting performance, development and manager capability

Overseeing recruitment and working with hiring managers to attract talent

Maintaining HR systems, data and reporting for leadership insight
What we are looking for

Strong HR generalist experience, ideally within an SME environment

Confident handling a wide range of HR issues independently

Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law
-
Practical, down-to-earth approach with strong communication skills

Someone who enjoys being hands-on and visible in the business

CIPD qualified or equivalent experience
