We're working with a leading international organisation to recruit a Head of Learning & Development to shape and deliver a progressive learning strategy that supports growth across the business.
This is a senior, high-impact role for a passionate L&D leader who thrives on driving performance, engagement, and capability through innovative people development. You'll play a pivotal role in creating a culture of continuous learning that builds leadership strength and enables career growth across a diverse and expanding business.
Key Responsibilities
As Head of Learning & Development, you will:
Design and deliver a regional L&D strategy that strengthens organisational performance and supports business priorities.
Build leadership capability at every level through targeted development programmes, coaching, and experiential learning.
Identify and address skills gaps across countries and business areas, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Introduce creative, data-led learning solutions that combine digital, in-person, and social learning.
Partner with senior leaders and HR teams to embed learning into performance and talent strategies.
Oversee third-party providers to ensure high-quality delivery and measurable outcomes.
Use insights and analytics to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate impact.
Support organisational integration and change, ensuring new teams are set up for long-term success.
About You
You're an experienced, confident, and collaborative L&D professional with the ability to think strategically and deliver operationally. You bring energy, creativity, and a deep understanding of how learning drives business success.
Essential experience:
Proven track record in Learning & Development or Talent leadership, ideally within a multi-site or international environment.
Strong expertise in learning design, leadership development, and digital learning technologies.
Evidence of implementing successful learning strategies that deliver measurable business results.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced, complex environment.
CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) qualification in L&D or HR preferred.
