My client is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Advisor to join a busy and supportive HR team in Brighton. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional who enjoys a varied role and can confidently support managers and staff across a range of HR matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR guidance to managers and employees
- Support employee relations cases, including absence management, performance, and disciplinary matters
- Assist with recruitment processes and onboarding
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied
- Maintain accurate HR records and support HR reporting
- Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an HR Advisor/HR Officer role
- Strong understanding of UK employment law
- Confident handling ER cases
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- CIPD Level 3 or above (desirable)
